Messing Paddle

Dieses Paddle habe ich auch China über AliExpress besorgt. Das Gehäuse ist 5,5 x 4,5 x 3cm groß. Die Paddles schauen vorne etwa 2,5cm heraus.

I bought this paddle via AliExpress from china. The case is 5,5 x 4,5 x 3cm. The paddle pair is 2,5cm on the front.

Im Inneren sieht man die Paddel die durch Magnete auseinander gedrückt werden. Innen schließen die Arme an 2 runde Messing Zylinder den jeweiligen Kontakt.

Inside of the case you see the paddles. The force to push them back in base position is made via 2 magnets. The other side has contacts which to to brass zylinders to close the circuit.

Ich war anfangs sehr unzufrieden weil die Paddle Wege überaus lange waren. Das habe ich behoben indem ich Papier beigelegt habe. Das sind PostIts die die gummirte Fläche nutzen um den Stapel bis zur Montage in Position zu halten.
Durch Verändern der Anzahl kann man den Abschand einstellen. So konnte ich die Wege inetwa gleich einstellen. Die Kontakte sind im Paddle eingenietet, daher kann man den nicht weiter verstellen. Mit dem Papier kann man sich aber gut behelfen, so bin ich recht zufrieden damit.

I was quite unhappy with the paddle. The movement of the paddles war faar too long for me. I fixed the problem my mounting some paper to move the contacts closer. I used the glued PostIt paper to hold it in position until it is mounted.
My modifying the number of paper sheets the position can be adjusted easily. The contacts cann not be adjusted. The paper allows quite fine adjustment and I'm quite happy with it.

Die Füße am Boden des Gehäuses sind magnetisch, damit kann man daas Paddle auf magnetischen Oberflächen "ankleben".

The foots are out of magnetic material. It allows to "glue" the paddle to a magnetic surface.
